Lost & Found: Pandemic Stories of Discovery as Told by Kids in Canada
Baxter Arts Centre is proud to work with the Canadian Children’s Literacy Foundation
to offer this new program.
Stories are a key part of understanding ourselves, our experiences, and our world. Through this program, we will be offering a series of free workshops for children ages 0 - 6 and 5-12 to learn about story-making, and how to identify, shape, and share their own pandemic narratives.
In these workshops, children will learn about writing, art, movement and oral storytelling while shaping their own pandemic narratives. They will also have the chance to share these stories in a national, public, online gallery
This FREE workshop is a 4-week program, with each workshop running for an hour. It will feature various ways for your children to express themselves and tell things from their point of view.
